Parent-reviewed routines
Your child marks a routine done; an adult confirms or declines it with an optional note. A check-in never changes the balance by itself.
Parent-controlled allowance and routines
CardCura is a parent-controlled allowance and routine tracker for families with kids ages 4–10. Adults record rewards and purchases; kids check off routines on a paired tablet.
Works on parent phones and child tablets today. iOS and Android apps are in development.

Using a tablet?
Ask a grown-up to open CardCura and tap Kid sign-in, then scan the code.
CardCura is a family record-keeping ledger, not a financial account. It holds no funds, moves no money, issues no card, and connects to no bank. Any real-world money stays with your family, and a CardCura balance cannot be redeemed from us. CardCura is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor.

How it works
Add each child, choose a starting balance, and set the routines or rewards that fit your household.
Pair a tablet with a parent-approved QR code. A child can mark a routine complete, but only an adult can approve the reward or change a balance.
Every transaction shows how the balance changed. On the child screen, savings become a tree that levels up at $5, $15, and $50.
What you can track
Your child marks a routine done; an adult confirms or declines it with an optional note. A check-in never changes the balance by itself.
Each reward or purchase shows the balance before and after it. Existing entries stay visible; if a mistake happens, add a correcting entry.
Give a goal a target and share an unlisted link. Relatives can see progress, then coordinate a gift or contribution with a parent outside the public page.
A child signs in by scanning a QR code you approve from your own device. No email address and no password for a seven-year-old to remember.
Savings are drawn as a tree that grows from a sprout to a fruit tree. It is the same number as the ledger, in a form that means something before you can read one.
Invite co-parents or relatives with their own sign-in and choose guardian, contributor, or viewer access for each child.
Built for young kids
The youngest user is four. That rules out a lot of ordinary design choices, and each of these is enforced in code rather than promised in a policy page.
A paired device can view one child and submit routine check-ins. It cannot create rewards, purchases, goals, family invitations, or settings changes.
There is no text input anywhere a child can reach, so there is no route by which a child could submit personal information, on purpose or by accident.
A short session lifetime is a privacy control here, not a convenience setting: a lasting identifier on a child’s device is itself personal information. Pairing does not renew itself; when it lapses a parent approves a new one.
Nothing analytics-shaped, advertising-shaped, or tracking-shaped loads on any page a child sees. That includes this page, which a child’s tablet can land on.
Family admins, guardians, contributors, and viewers sign in separately. Permissions are checked for the specific adult and child on every protected action.
Goal pages are unlisted, excluded from search indexing, and cannot modify family data. Treat the link itself as private and send it only to people you trust.

FAQ
CardCura is a family allowance and chore-tracking app for children roughly 4 to 10 years old. Parents record rewards and purchases in a Parent Hub; each child sees their own balance and daily routines on a paired tablet.
No. CardCura issues no card, holds no funds, and connects to no bank account. It is a tracking ledger for pocket money you already handle in cash or informally — the money itself never leaves your hands. CardCura is not a bank, a money transmitter, or a payment processor.
No. A child's paired device can view that child’s information and mark a routine complete. It cannot add rewards, record purchases, edit goals, or change family settings. An adult reviews routine check-ins before they affect the balance.
Every adult uses a separate account. A family admin can invite them and choose guardian, contributor, or viewer access for each child. That keeps identity, relationship, and permission separate.
A parent provides a nickname or first name, birth month and year, optional birth day, and an illustrated avatar. CardCura also stores the routines, goals, ledger entries, program schedules, attendance, and optional session notes used by the family. A Premium family admin may optionally upload a small custom avatar photo.
CardCura has a free plan with core family features, one active program per child, and the last 30 days of ledger history.
